Boudoir Photography Session Agreement

This Boudoir Photography Session Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Joynette Services (referred to as the “Photographer”) and the undersigned client (referred to as the “Client”) on the mutually agreed upon service date TBD.

1. Services Provided:

1.1 The Photographer agrees to provide boudoir photography services to the Client as described below and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

1.2 The boudoir photography session will take place on an agreed upon date at the individuals home or Joynette Services Studio. The session will last for approximately 1 to 3 hours.

2. Payment:

2.1 The Client agrees to pay the Photographer a total fee of $500 for the boudoir photography session plus any additional photo products odered such as prints or photo books. A non-refundable deposit of $250 is included upon booking your boudoir session with Joynette Services.

2.2 Payment can be made via Joynette’s photo session booking form, as agreed upon by both parties.

3. Session Details:

3.1 The Client agrees to arrive at the designated location at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the session.

3.2 The Client shall bring their own wardrobe and any desired props for the session. The Photographer may provide limited props upon request.

3.3 The Photographer will capture a variety of poses and images during the session, with the understanding that the Client may request specific shots or styles.

4. Image Selection and Editing:

4.1 Following the session, the Photographer will select and edit a selection of images for the Client’s review.

4.2 The Photographer will provide the Client with access to an online gallery containing the edited images within 21 days of the session.

4.3 The Client will have the opportunity to select a specified number of images for final delivery, as outlined in the package selected.

5. Usage Rights:

5.1 The Photographer retains copyright ownership of all images captured during the boudoir photography session.

5.2 The Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use and display the final images for personal use only. Commercial use of the images is prohibited without prior written consent from the Photographer.

6. Confidentiality:

6.1 The Photographer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all boudoir images and personal information shared by the Client during the session.

7. Client Conduct:

7.1 The Client agrees to behave in a professional and respectful manner during the session.

7.2 The Client understands that any inappropriate or offensive behavior may result in termination of the session by the Photographer, with no refund provided.

8. Liability:

8.1 The Photographer shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by the Client during the boudoir photography session, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Agreement Termination:

9.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition of this Agreement.

10. Entire Agreement:

10.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Photographer and the Client and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
