Payment for all bookings must be made upfront.
Keys must be provided at least 12 hours before the first visit and will be returned within 24 hours at the end.
Changes to travel dates may occur, therefore cancellations are accepted and full refunds (minus transactional charges) will be issued until 72hours prior to the original booking date.
